How We Work

As a full-service creative solutions company, we work with our clients from the beginning concepts through to the successful completion of their projects. Our work on every project involves three major phases: Plan, Create, and Deliver.

Plan

At the beginning of your project, we ask a lot of questions and do a lot of listening. We get to know you, and we get to know the people you are trying to reach. We define your project goals and begin developing strategies to deliver your message to the right people at the right time. In the planning phase, we determine the appropriate means of communicating with your audience, and we define the standards that will measure the success of your project.

Create

Ideas and strategies come to life in the Creation phase. Our artists and designers give your project shape, dimension, personality, sound, and movement. Your project comes to life as we design your logo, program your website, write your advertisement, and produce your video.

Deliver

Your project is not complete until it reaches its destination. In the Delivery phase, we print your collateral, host your website, and duplicate your discs. Our Media Department plans and executes the strategic delivery of your project through the appropriate avenues, including television, print, outdoor, point of purchase, and the Internet.
